As a Police officer, prevention of drunk driving problem seems not just rely on a large number of police ban and blindly increase the penalties for drunk driving fines, penalties, necessary to further investigate whether the driver of drunk driving after being punished really be change their driving behavior. Besides, it is an important issue for us to find out how the alcohol affects the drunk driver's physiological, psychological and mental state .
Drunk driving is the highest death rate in traffic accident types. It’s a motivation for me to investigate how to reduce the social costs by drunk driving, and effectively reduce drunk driving accident speculative, preventing the generation of miserable families.
