In this study, Malaysia’s 60 Independent High School teachers as the parent group, using questionnaires. 10 Independent High Schools’ teachers as the study objects, 217 valid questionnaires. After statistical analysis, this has the achievement:
1.Job preparation, the level of job involvement has the most prediction in teaching effectiveness.
2.Job Focus and job identificationration, also has prediction in teaching effectiveness.
3.Job Focus and job identificationration, also has prediction in teaching effectiveness.
4.Independent secondary school teachers in different educational professional qualifications "teaching effectiveness" less than significant difference.
5.Independent secondary school teachers in different years of teaching qualifications "teaching effectiveness" partially met significant differences.
6.Independent Secondary School Teachers’ work values Achieve medium positive correlation with teaching effectiveness.
7.Independent secondary school teachers' work values and teaching effectiveness achieve low positive correlation.
