| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 建築與室內設計系 === 103 === In the past, people lived in Taiwan would often move their house encouraging the building-moving business due to cherishing stuffs, respecting “Feng-Shui”, widening roads, and sinking of land..etc. Building moving is an exhausting and danger work. People who do this work not only need take a lot of manpower, but trust one another; therefore, we call this kind of business as “Tribal business”. It is also home to Yong-He and Kan-Qian Village in Pu-Zi city. The developing of Building-Moving gave much effect on the society, economy, and space. However, this industry is fading now because of the plenty of migration, aging of population, lacking of demanding. Furthermore, the young people don’t like to take over this tradition, it was a classic industry though. It might will be extinct in the future. The monograph starts from researching and ends on taking plan, and bases on the region to study what crises and opportunities it faces including the village of history, culture, space, and the industry of technique, organization, space. And, bring the ecological museum’s theory into the condition to find out a new life of village. Here are the results as below:
1. Planning approach: With the ideal of ecological museum, suggest to build the main museum in Yong-He village supplying the numerous functional knowledge of Building-Moving, and display the locality in Kan-Qian Village.
2. Planning result: (1) the main museum will be focus on displaying the local and international culture, the developing of history and creativity, and selling souvenirs. (2) The locality will be arranged by branch of satellite manner, and separated into 2 types. One is centralization, and another one is distribution. The centralization also has 2 display areas which are showing techniques with dynamic style and showing living with static style to present the technician’s life and experience. The distribution is presented with single-point style and have every single point in a line. Therefore, it has 2 different styles to look around and explore.
Beside the above schedules, we still can step forward to practice them in short term, medium term, and long term. In the short term, we can build up the platform and the research of Building-Moving history to enforce the local organization and sense of culture. In the medium term, we can focus on the space planning, and transforming the industry and residents to encourage their honor and the economy of community. In the long term, we will concentrate on building the museum the connection of touring line, and the newer training to increase the resources of tourism, local economy, and the connection of the historic central Pu-Zi city. Revive the industry and construction in Pu-Zi city. Give a new life to Pu-Zi city.
