Due to the lack of fully rules and standards of prestressed construction, the quality of prestressed construction has been questioned frequently, besides, the different cognition of prestressed between the authorities and the builder, sometimes it will become a dispute. In order to make sure the safety and workability of prestressed concrete bridge, to research and analysis the effect of the most commonly used way of prestressed construction about long and short term function of prestreed concrete member is necessary. This project is based on corrosion of strand mechanism to do a series of tests and assess, the point is to discuss the effects of the different level of corrosion of strand about prestreed concrete and prestressed component, and the wrong way of prestressed construction about corrosion behavior of strand. First, the poor management of a construction site may put the strand in a bad place which may cause the rusty of strand, then, to evaluate the effect of different level of rusty about the long and short term function about prestre ed concrete member. The long term effect is the rusty may lower the strand of ultimate stress, the short term effect is the possibility of skid wire caused by the rusty, and combine the pictures of corrosion of strand which indicates the level of rusty and how we rank the levels, to make it a basis of the inspect of different stages of prestressed construction. Second, build a prestressed component based on the way how a construction site works, to discuss the effect of wrong of prestressed construction about the level of corrosion of strand, which includes Incomplete grouting sleeve, the sleeve continued access to leave voids and head the wrong way.
