The detection platform use there motors to drive there displacement axis that are called X, Y and Z. The X axis controls the moving direction to come and go between from right to left. The Y axis control the moving direction go come back between forward and backward. The Z axis controls moving direction to be up to down. The system uses a temperature sensor (PT100) and a humidity sensor (AM2302), to monitor the detected object. The controller of the system has a Holtek’s chip (HT66), that is a 8-bit micro controller. X,Y two-axis use stepper motor with ball screw to complete the move around Z axis use a pneumatic cylinder to control the up and down run away? In the detection function, temperature sensor and humidity sensor measure detected object. The controller the measurement values via. AND the A/D converter. Then the measurement values transmit to the controller. The controller tunes the temperature of the detected object. Users cam input the set value on the touch panel. Then its value back to touch the screen, easy to read, and then complete the automatic detection function.
