Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 103 === As the age of Internet of Things comes, people cannot live without internet and communication tool no matter work or living. This phenomenon makes people transform their working model on their job. A new type of working model began to use which call “Telework”. It means employees can work far away from the office center. The characteristic of high flexibility enable employees to choose the place and working time that they think the best condition for them to work on. Previous researches on telework focus on the study of success factors of implement telework and the characteristic of employees who suits to use this kind of working model. But seldom studies research how to manage and measure their performance. This study use semi-structured interviews. Try to know how corporations manage their teleworkers in Taiwan. Besides, how the information and communications technology tools influence teleworkers while it continuous advance. After analysis we found that performance of teleworkers should not only measure by individual, but also by whole team who join this project. Beside, as the information and communications technology tools keep improving, it reduces the time they communicate to each other. Employee can get the information and resources from corporations in time. This helps teleworkers reinforce their efficiencies on the works.
