Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 103 === This thesis discusses the impact of degree of internationalization on the performance of Chinese listed companies under the contingency of their degree of state equity. With the help of Panel regression of ordinary least square and Multilevel model (MLM), the hypotheses are verified based on a sample of 2903 companies nested under 15 sub-industries (multilevel panel data). The examination shows the moderate effect of state equity is significant in part of the 15 industries. Company with low state equity have better performance in international operation. The analysis shows a U-shaped relationship between degree of internationalization and firm performance while firms with low degree of state equity internationally perform better than those with high degree of state equity.
