The study objects are Indonesian employees of a Chinese enterprise in Surabaya, Indonesia. The total amounts of 360 questionnaires are passed out. There are 295 effective questionnaires returned. The effective return rate is 81.9%. The study adopts SPSS22.0 to conduct descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The study finds that to Indonesia Muslin employees’ job performance, transformational leadership can incorporate paternalistic leadership, and spiritual leadership is another leadership style. Furthermore, spiritual leadership has the highest explanation to job performance, transformational leadership being the second. Paternalistic leadership has the lowest explanation to job performance. At the end, based on the findings and conclusion, the study proposes suggestions for corporations and the academia.
