The study further investigates whether perceived organizational support and leadership style influence country image. Participants are Indonesian employees of three Chinese factories in Surabaya, Indonesia. The total amounts of 360 questionnaires aredelivered. There are 329 effective questionnaires returned. The valid response rateis 91.3%. The study uses SPSS22.0 to conduct descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and regression analysis.Paternalistic leadership significantly related to organizational loyalty. 1.Paternalistic leadership significantly related to job satisfaction. 2.Paternalistic leadership significantly related to well-being. 3.Paternalistic leadership significantly related to country image. 4.Paternalistic leadership significantly related to perceived organizational support. 5.Perceived organizational support significantly related to country image. The study discusses the empirical results in the end. The main contribution of the study in the academia is presented. And the suggestions for corporations to manage Indonesian employees in enhancing their well-being and promoting the leader’s national image are provided.
