Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工業設計系 === 103 === This study aims to explore the active aging elderly’s eco-tourism and guidance service experience under the service design framework. First, we started from semi-structured interviews to have basic understandings of elderly’s generally experience, needs and expectation in ecotourism. Second, we using affinity diagram to define the factors that might affect their experience in ecotourism which based on the former interviews. Then filter the typical subjects by 5 main factors from affinity diagram results and invite them to join the co-design workshop. The division of active aging tourist in ecotourism are the passive, the elastic and the enthusiasm. Third, by using contextual inquiry, cultural probe, and empathy tools to observe and collect those typical active aging elderly’s behaviors, experience and emotional reaction in guidance service in the workshop period. Then, using behavioral models which are the flow model, the cultural model, the sequence model, the artifact model and the physic model to identify experience gaps in guidance service and the interactions between active aging elderly, artifact and environment. After integrating the insights from active aging elderly and stakeholder’s perspective, we use experience map and service blueprint to have a holistic review on the guidance service. In the end, this study provide some effective suggestions as conclusion through those 3 stages which is pre-experience, experience and post-experience respectively. Still, based on those suggestions, we also highlight and refine 3 main issues in active aging elderly’s ecotourism which are “the integration of information objects”, “the revitalization of nature education center”, and “the possibility of self- guidance” by proposing integrated design concept with service maps.
