In this study, people wanted to improve their own health management and wanted increased health care to promote prevention through distance knowledge of health care. This study was conducted on a central hospital in a remote area.Patients joined a public telecare program to change their lifestyle and health ststus. Prior to this program, we distributed 335 questions and received 317 back from the participants. 287 were valid. In the post-test, we distributed 320 questions and received 301 back. 278 were valid. We then supplemented the results from the questionnaires with a structured interview. The results of this study showed that the demographic characteristic of "gender" did not have a significant impact on healthy lifestyle. Significant differences were observed for,"age", "education", "occupation", "source of income", "living situation ",and "action to promote the impact of lifestyle on health".It was also found that self-realization had no significant impact. However, significant differences were found for "health responsibility", "sports", "nutrition" "interpersonal support", and "stress management".
