Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立陽明大學 === 生物醫學工程學系 === 103 === Purpose: To compare peak pressure, contact area and maximum force among static standing and different walking speeds in eight regions. We expect the results can be used to design customize insoles. Methods: There are 18 healthy participants were recruited in this study. The Pedar-X analyser and insoles were putted on subject’s low back and inserted in their shoes to record movements, including double leg standing, single leg standing, 80%, 100% and 120% comfortable walking speed. The repeated measures one –way ANOVA were used to determine the difference between standing and walking (different conditions). The significant level was set at .05. Result: The results showed that peak pressure, contact area and maximum force of double leg standing were significantly difference among three different walking speeds (between walking) in eight regions. In single leg standing, however, the contact area in M1 to M6, the peak pressure in M1, M2 and M8 were not significantly difference between walking. The maximum forces were significantly different in all regions among three different walking speeds. Conclusion: The differences of peak pressure and contact area between single leg standing and walking were lesser. We consider that single leg standing can be used to design a customize insole.
