For example, employment safety hygiene law, labour health protection rules, female labourer's maternal health protection implementing method, overwork against health work guidelines, etc. The employer implement the relevant policy if it has reached benefits of labourer’s health care, we must look over whether the relevant health care promotion schemes receive anticipated effects in the workplace. Thus, it is the task of top priority to study staff's health status then improve the tactics of health promotion. Thus, the effective health promotion scheme can reach the target with half the effort. This research is based on the secondary material of staff ‘s physical examination. Because hospitals report different results of the items of physical examination, the results are divided into A hospital (97 - 99, 103 year good for examining the materials) and B hospital (98, 101, 102 is strong in examining the materials). Then, according to a and b hospitals over the abnormal rate of screening items offered by plant, sex, age ( less than or over 30 years old) , and classes ( daily, day shift, night shift ). Select a high exception rate and related cardiovascular screening items for study including urine occult blood, body weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, SGPT, uric acid, blood sugar, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density cholesterol, total cholesterol and red blood cells in the blood, etc., to compare their correlation and changes. This study focuses on the topic is the employee's health and the relevance of health promotion, so discusses the following issues: 1. Whether health promotion activities are useful for employee health 2. Whether shift-work has significant effects on employee’s health. 3. Abnormal rate of screening items over the years which projects the highest, what needs to be strengthened in the workplace help employees manage their health. Statistic results of this study reveal 1. In respect to observing staff's health status for a long time, the best workplace health screening activities is the same hospital to host in order to facilitate statistical analysis conclusion because standard values of abnormal state of each hospital are different. 2. Overall planning of health management system and health promotion strategies on employee health is helpful, should continue to promote sustainable innovation excellence.3.Establish the clinic to be helpful to the staff's health in the factory, can assist the deficiency of the activity for the promotion of the health, especially the prevention of chronic disease.4. Abnormal ratio of cardiovascular screening items for men is higher than women. We should strengthen men's cardiovascular screening items, but pay attention to blood and urinary tract question for women. 5. I health management related costs should be carefully assessed, high cost of inputs can’t improve employee health, but long-term planning and innovative thinking are needed. 6. Abnormal weight gain seems to have become unusual mainstream of workplace screening items, weight reduction activities is indispensable for workplace health promotion activities, and it must be continuing to avoid getting fat again. The activity for the promotion of the health is essential and need to make appropriate adjustment, companies can allocate resources more efficiently, let their employee get more guarantee of health. Perhaps four- shift work with 2 days rotation will be better than three-shift work for shift work system, it’s worth further investigation and discussion. Measuring waist circumference suffers artificial error. it is recommended that Health Promotion Administration avoids artificial measurements in the development of standard. Currently calculation future risk of cardiovascular disease are refer to Framingham cardiovascular disease of risk assessment index, but it is standard from abroad. And there are many differences among domestic calculations of judgement standard, even we find blind points of cardiovascular disease risk estimation of female and male within 10 years in " Prevention guidelines of diseases triggered by abnormal work load" which was announced by Ministry of Labour. Government should come out suitable standards as workplace’s reference, in order to early and correctly detect high risk groups of cardiovascular for prevention.
