The emergency department provided emergency medical care service without interruption. However, the overcrowding in the ED has become a serious and highly concerned issue in Taiwan. Traditionally, the ambulance service provides emergency care to people who are seriously ill or injured. In order to provide the right emergency care in the right hospital at the right time so called 3R principle. This study design and implement a mobilized triage and query system for emergency department. In addition, this system provides the disposal capacity of the responsibility hospital emergency care to emergency medical technicians and the public. The aim of this study is trying to release the overcrowding in emergency department using information technology. This application adopts Google Maps to show the location of hospital. User can choose the nearer and appropriate emergency department according the geographic information and congestion signal. Using the technology acceptance model to explain how attitudes determine Application usage. By this way, they do not need to waste time to wait; meanwhile the emergency will not be overcrowded.
