| Summary: | 碩士 === 育達科技大學 === 行銷與流通管理所 === 103 === This study aimed to explore the attitude of high school teacher in Miaoli County toward Ageing Learning, differences among people, relevance and impact factors of Ageing Learning. The subjects are the high school teacher in Miaoli County, via the self-edit questionnaire to collect empirical data, using Purposive sampling method to get 120 residents as samples. Collected data are analyzed to do the descriptive statistics, Independent Sample T Test, One-Way Analysis of Variance, and Regression Analysis using the statistical package software such as Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). After discussion, the conclusions and suggestions are made which could be the reference for the relevant units.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:
1. This study expects the performance of three factors of attitude toward Ageing Learning of high school teachers in Miaoli County.
2. This study expects the results show attitudes toward Ageing Learning are significant different among high school teachers because their different background.
3. This study expects a moderate correlation between two factors of attitude- affection, and behavioral tendencies.
