It has been heard more and more often that class size decreasing、school merging both due to decreasing of birth rate。Teacher is the main factor for school to go on sustainable development when facing increasingly severe challenge. School organization climate would affect members’ job satisfaction, a good organization climate would lead to good performance done by members. Different member combination in each organization would result in different organization climate. The motivation of this research is to discuss relativity among elementary school teachers’personality traits、school organization climate、and job satisfaction. This research adopted sending questionnaire to collect data, and 490 copies of questionnaire were filled out in total, valid questionnaire are 435, effective response rate is 86.7%. We concluded following results in terms of reliability and validity test、factor analysis、one-sample t-test、one-way analysis of variance、canonical analysis、regression analysis. (1)Different gender is noticeably different in personality traits. (2)Variable of population background is noticeably different in school organization climate. (3)Personality trait is a positive effect toward school organization climate. (4)Personality trait is a positive effect toward job satisfaction.
