However, employee for the usage of the computer is still in the adaptation phase in the traditional closed environment companies. It is important for users to hand on computer equipment in question and how they can judge for themselves to understand and eliminate the possible problems. The main purpose of this study has the following three points: (1) The establishment of visual analysis graphics. (2) Provide a quick fix of standard operating procedures. (3) Analysis of the best tree factor nodes. The research uses data mining across the industry standard operating procedure (CRISP-DM) as the basis, and through the R software has powerful data processing, statistics and graphics functions, to create a decision tree model, to provide users guide treatment of the problem the way.
