Followed by the formal implementation of nine-year education, twelve-year state education had been held in 2014. Nowadays, teachers not only face a new era of unprecedented challenges but also keep up with the times to convert the traditions authority of teacher’s roles. The researcher has the use of questionnaire as a laboratory tool for information processing. Without considering the case of other political factors, the research makes a forecast and contrast which links the relationship among the process of self-promoting and job satisfaction after receiving IT. Its aim is to provide a reasonable arrangement in the information development or forecast evualation for different needs of the property, or the size of education institutions. In this study, the assumption would be that there is a correlation between education and teaching career information. When one factor is in the lack of, others factors will also jointly produce float. Therefore, a basic background in Miaoli County teachers as input data, using questionnaries to compare statistics and predict short and long term input for the IT education influences teachers. After training is complete, and then study the results, we compared to predict short and long term. Finally, we can find the best result.
