The government spared the effort to implement a nutritious lunch policy. Today elementary school lunch are over the Taiwan. The paper was investigated the factor of School Lunch Satisfaction. We hope the study can give the committee a valuable information to make better quality of service in the future. The customer questionnaires were issued by random sampling of 158 questionnaires and collected 158 questionnaires, 125 valid non-vegetarian samples, 3 valid vegetarian samples, 30 removed invalid samples. The study is based on questionnaires, related questionnaire distributed in accordance with the recovery of simple random sampling method, then neural network data analysis, summarized later found that personal background, lunch supplies in the face of these two configurations nutritious lunch satisfaction little. But in cooking techniques, dishes change, dishes freshness, hygiene, meals facet satisfaction proportion Sort satisfaction vary according to the size of the impact arranged sequentially, the first change is dishes, and the second is the dining situation, The third is the hygiene, freshness dishes fourth, fifth cooking techniques. Therefore, group meals industry should endeavor to seek improvements in this regard five facets to enhance students overall satisfaction.
