| Summary: | 碩士 === 育達科技大學 === 企業管理所 === 102 === The study explored the relationship of organizational leadership style and employees’ quality of life.This paper is conducted by questionnaire method with 468 valid samples to investigate the relation between leadership style and quality of life. The findings indicated that leadership style has positive correlation with quality of life. The regression revealed that the leadership style got significant prediction for quality of life. Finally, give suggestions and limitations from the results.
