The use of HT46F46E and MC34063 chips is for suitable applications to small home appliances which are not expensive. The installation fee of solar photovoltaic systems is dependent on the system volume, materials, installing area, and installing methods and ranges from 80K to 130K NT Dollars. The goal of this research is to design a solar buck recharge system which is convenient, productive, low-price, equipped with certain useful functions, and most of all environmental protective. Moreover, the final product can be used in some high voltage electronic products. For example: notebook, electric cars, the rechargeable battery whose voltage is above five volts.
