Description
Summary:碩士 === 萬能科技大學 === 經營管理研究所在職專班 === 103 === Three important conclusions are drawn from this empirical study. First is the health belief model—correction factor plays a significant mediating role between psychological perceived risk and cognitive change. This illustrates that the higher one’s psychological perceived risk, the more one worries about becoming infected with AIDS from unprotected sex and thereby, takes the initiative to seek related information or medical examination. Second is the health belief model—self-awareness plays a significant mediating role between physical perceived risk and cognitive change. This illustrates that the higher one’s physical perceived risk, the more one is able to refuse unprotected sex, reject drugs, and recognize the preventive effects of AIDS screening. Third is the health belief model—correction factor plays a significant mediating role between physical perceived risk and cognitive change. This illustrates that the higher one’s physical perceived risk, the more one recognizes that unprotected sex and drug injections often lead to AIDS and thereby, takes the initiative to seek medical examination for the aforementioned acts. The results showed that young people have a plan through the intervention of AIDS prevention education, to strengthen the concept of risk, prompting its associated cognitive and behavioral changes, develop prevention and treatment of AIDS health habits.
