Firstly, this study investigates the current situation of Positive Psychological Capital and Job Burnout. Secondly, the study analyzes the correlation between Positive Psychological Capital and teachers’ Job Burnout, and this study investigates background variables between Positive Psychological Capital and Job Burnout. Lastly, also the effect of Positive Psychological Capital on teachers’ Job Burnout. The results of this study show that: 1.Teachers with administrative positions have medium high Positive Psychological Capital. 2.Teachers with administrative positions have low Job Burnout. 3.Positive Psychological Capital has negative correlation with Job Burnout. The higher the Positive Psychological Capital is, the lower the Job Burnout is. 4.Gender, the scale of the school, the tasks of administration and teaching, and the years of career have significant effects on Positive Psychological Capital. 5.The optimistic perspective of Positive Psychological Capital has a significant negative effect on emotional exhaustion. 6.The optimistic perspective of Positive Psychological Capital has a significant negative effect on the perspective of dehumanization. 7.The hope perspective of Positive Psychological Capital has a significant negative effect on reduced personal accomplishment.
