Faced with the trend of globalization, teachers themselves IT capability should also increase with progress. Therefore, teachers should be able to in life, work, use of information technology to disseminate knowledge, share information, innovative teaching, further implement on classroom management, make education more efficient, it is currently a pressing issue. And a teacher can be effective, their expertise can be seen from the effectiveness of classroom management. In this study, mainly as a cloud application service platform for knowledge management of teachers working platform, through the cloud application service platform records and save, the study of elementary school teachers classroom management, sharing knowledge and heritage; parents, teachers and pupils can interact through the internet, enhance mutual relations. Researchers with the connotation of teacher knowledge management as the implementation of the program of study milestones.The first phase of knowledge acquisition, collect and integrate the teaching of traditional paper archives and electronic archives of teaching, the goal was to gather knowledge of foreign teachers. The second stage is to use knowledge, invite senior teacher Delphi expert group of teachers, classroom management connotation nuclear correctness check with the appropriate classification of the degree, the goal implicit in the use of knowledge within the teacher. The third stage is the accumulation of knowledge, using cloud application service platform Integration teachers outside of explicit and implicit knowledge, the goal in the teachers' professional knowledge of the clouds. The fourth stage of knowledge and innovation,founded classmate teacher community, together with the use of cloud application service platform, its objectives in conjunction teacher community, stimulate innovation and knowledge. The fifth stage of knowledge sharing, the cloud application service platform build the teachers' professional knowledge sharing in school colleagues, parents, students, the goal let knowledge bonus. Information collected from November 2014 to May 10, 2015. Research conclusions: (1) cloud application service platform can be used as school teachers knowledge management tools, (2) small cloud of classroom management, enhance the country's long-term efficiency of primary school teachers and teaching effectiveness, (3) application service platform cloud pro, teacher-student interaction in a safe pipeline, (4) State Teachers' use of cloud application service platform in classroom management, classroom management can enhance performance. Suggestions for future research: (1) the study be extended to middle and high school students, information will hinder the ability of relatively lower, (2) research background, if you are unable to fully use the cloud service system, Cloud Application Service Platform and contact book two should be used in parallel, on convey not miss class affairs, (3) research tools, recommended to choose the easy way cloud services operating system, higher acceptance of the parents, can be more deliberate design activity within the platform, increase parents, students sign in the number of platforms, in order to achieve class business results. In addition, when teachers promote cloud services system, consider industrial cooperation with the manufacturers, the use of relevant measures, teachers can use the actual case back to the manufacturer, reaching a mutually reciprocal.
