According the results on the physical characteristics, SEM, the PC/ABS blends GF present two-phase structure, that is, the blends is immiscibility. However, the belends are be able to reach a compatibility state by external mechanical forces. The composition of PC/ABS blends GF affect the morphology and mechanical properties; as the PC in the blends GF is martix, the blends have a good compatibility, and showed a tensile strength higher than the original PC. Contrary, the blends have lower tensile strength then the original ABS as the ABS is martix. These results are affected by the types of morphology and mixed compositions. Furthermore, the breaking strength and flexural strength for the PC/ABS blends GF is increased with the increase of PC and GF content; however, the morphology of PC/ABS blends on the impact strength has higher effect than the breaking strength and flexural strength.
