Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 教育行政與評鑑研究所教育行政碩士學位在職專班 === 103 === The purposes of this study were to explore the relation between teachers’ job stress and teachers’ teaching effectiveness of substitute teachers in the elementary schools. The research data were collected through questionnaire survey; subjects of the questionnaire survey were the 483 substitute teachers from 101 schools in Taipei City. Data obtained were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The current situation of teachers’ job stress of substitute teachers is “medium level”. 2. There are significant differences in teachers’ job stress in terms of sexuality, years of services, educational background, designated duty. 3. The current situation of teachers’ teaching effectiveness of substitute teachers is “medium-high level”. 4. There are significant differences in teachers’ teaching effectiveness in terms of designated duty. However, there are no significant differences in terms of sexuality, years of services, educational background. 5. There is a low positive correlation between teachers’ job stress and teachers’ teaching effectiveness of substitute teachers in the elementary Schools. 6. The teacher’s job stress just have low prediction on teaching effectiveness of substitute teachers in the elementary schools.
