The research data are collected through questionnaire survey, using “The Investigative Questionnaire of Teacher’s Learning Community and Teacher’s Professional Dialogue of junior high schools in Taipei”. A total of 500 subjects are selected from 40 public junior high schools in Taipei, and a total of 383 usable copies are returned, with a 76.6% response rate. The data is analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The main findings of this study are listed below: 1. A high performance is seen in the current situation of the implementation of teacher’s professional learning community of junior high schools in Taipei. 2. A high performance is shown in the current situation of teacher’s professional dialogue of junior high schools in Taipei. 3. There are significant differences in the performance of the implement of teacher’s professional learning community of junior high schools in Taipei in terms of gender, age, designated duty, length of service, school size, and school history. 4. There exist significant differences in teacher’s professional dialogue of junior high schools in Taipei in terms of age, length of service, school size, and school history. 5. There is a positive and significant correlation between the implementation of teacher’s professional learning community and teacher’s professional dialogue. 6. The implementation of teacher’s professional learning community predicts the teacher’s professional dialogue.
