樂樂is a teacher who believes that a strict teacher produces outstanding students. She is high-demanding with students’ performances and considers practicing repeatedly is the only way to improve their performances. Also, she abuses when the class is misbehave and noisy without regarding their feelings. However, after participating in the adoption-guidance program, she starts to listen and understanding children. Furthermore, she doesn’t regard encouragement as hypocrisy anymore after learning this technique; instead, she even inspire students’ potential and create a harmonious class through the action of encouragement. In the end of the story, it indicates teacher 樂樂’s experience, transformation and its impact on applying encourage. Also, due to reviewing her journey of learning how to encourage through the way of narrative, she picks up her teaching enthusiasm again which elevates her teaching value over 25years.
Finally, this study offers reflections on the effective factors that teacher 樂樂manages the encouraging skills and providing suggestions and references for researchers engaging in relevant research.
