The purposes of the research are the following:First, to analyze the development of the school-based curriculum in integrative activities of Binjiang elementary school. Second, to design and execute the teaching schedule of school-based curriculum in integrative activities. Third, to analyze the learning effectiveness of the volunteering service about the fifth grade students. Forth, to advance the reflection on teaching action and the growth of professional teaching through the action research. The research adopted action research approach. The researcher read the school-based curriculum program “The Little Volunteer in Binjiang” and redesigned it to execute by interviewing, observation, papers, and the diary of the reflection on the teaching. The results of the research are the followings: 1. Teaching diversification helps the student to promote their learing motivation. 2. Student-role based learning can advance learning effectiveness. 3. Volunteering service can implement the family education.
