Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 體育學系體育教學碩士學位班 === 103 === The purpose of this study is to analyze the causes of the self-confidence, pressure, and continuing enforcement of the volleyball referees, who attended the referees’ workshop that was held by Chinese Taipei Volleyball Association and was approved, during the volleyball tournament. The volleyball referees, who are active in each group in year 2015, were evaluated. The purposive questionnaire was used with this survey, after eliminated the ones that were repeated, 307 copies of prerun questionnaire were collected, 600 copies of official questionnaire were collected, and the total is 907 copies. The data was processed and analyzed by SPSS for Windows 20.0, Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. The result shows: 1. In the causes of the referee’s self-confidence, self-expression has the highest score, leading style, support from the society, recognition of technique followed. In the causes of the referee’s pressure, performance is the most important factor; control the scene, interpersonal conflict followed. In the causes of continuing enforcement, personal achievement and attraction are the most important factor, self-present, and the core of one’s living followed. 2. In the background variables, all the factors of the causes of the referee’s self-confidence showed significant meaning. All the factors of the causes of the referee’s pressure showed significant meaning, except the factor, different region. All the factors of the causes of continuing enforcement showed significant meaning, except the factor, gender. 3. In Taiwan region, the correlation between the causes of the referee’s self-confidence and the causes of the referee’s pressure is negative; the correlation between the causes of the referee’s self-confidence and continuing enforcement is positive. There is no correction between continuing enforcement and the causes of the referee’s pressure.
