Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 體育學系 === 103 === This study aims to investigate the classroom management strategy and teaching effectiveness of teachers involve in elementary school physical education in Taipei. Questionnaires were collected from physical education teachers of elementary schools in Taipei, and The significange level conclude as a=.05.From the result indicate as following: First, performance of classroom management strategy and teaching effectiveness of elementary school physical education in Taipei is higher than average. Second, there are significant differences among four factors related to classroom management strategy. The “interpersonal relationship” gets the highest score, and “interaction between teachers and students”, “regulation of classes” and “deviation behaviors” are followed in order. Third, there are significant differences among four factors related to teaching effectiveness. The “teaching strategies” gets the highest score, and “plan of teaching”, “development of the professional skills”, and “assessment of teaching” are followed in order Sixth, significant difference is observed between the “plan of teaching”, a factor related to teaching effectiveness, and “seniority”.
