Few literatures existed in simultaneously investigating their athletic ability (such as: cardiorespiratory fitness) and sensory integration performance. Thus, the purpose of this study was to study the sensory integration and performance of cardiorespiratory fitness in students with intellectual disabilities. Methods: The participants included 26 aged 15-17 years old students, dividing into ID group (six boys and six girls) and control group (seven boys and seven girls). Sensory integration and cardiorespiratory fitness, including cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body fat measurement, and Sensory Profile, were measured for each participant. Results: The results of the study showed that parts of group difference existed between students with ID and their typical peers. Conclusion: This study could provide some useful information for clinical treatment in the population of intellectual disability (ID). 楊艾倫教授 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 66 zh-TW
