Description
Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 運動健康科學系碩士班 === 103 === Background :Dancers will get musculoskeletal injuries during training, especially in foot, knees and low back. To improve lumbarstability not only can decrease muscles injuries which near spine but also enhance lumbaradjustment capability. Yoga can improve flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory capacity and respiratory capacity.Diaphragm is part of core muscles and respiratory muscles, but there has limited studies for effects of diaphragm capability on core stability. For this study,we hope to proof that effects of enhance diaphragm capabilityand core stability in dancers. Purpose :To discuss the effects of core stability and diaphragm capability for dancers after 18 weeks with Yoga training lessons.Method :Totally 30 subjects separated in two groups include 15 in experiment and another 15 in control group. The experiment group, they had training with regular programme and with additional 18 weeks Yoga training. The control group only had training with regular programme. After 18 weeks, all subjects took the core stability tests and diaphragm capability tests. Results : In core stability tests, bridge test and bridge with raising right leg test had no significant difference between two groups, but there had significant different on bridge with raising left leg test. There had no significant difference on thickness of diaphragm during expiratory between two groups, but there had significant difference on the thickness of diaphragm during inspiratoryand diaphragmatic thickening fraction in experiment group was more significantly then control group. Conclusion :There had no significant effecting on the dancers’ core muscles performancewho hadextra 18 weeks with Yoga training lessons but it could enhance diaphragm capability.
