Results of this study found that the Wang Xian on the war, the need for step movement rapidity to counterbalance his inertia long ball, cut the ball technology, have delicate net approach in order to increase the initiative in the game, in the next Wang Shi Xian serve the ready position far forward stations, more conducive to catching the initiative. Conclusions: According to the findings, women's singles to invest more in training the footwork, long ball, cut the ball, put a small ball, made sending and receiving training, gathering more game film to record, analyze.
