Study had two purposes: 1. To investigate the changes of Science Process Skills and Science Concepts by Hands-on Science Activities. 2. To investigate the changes of Attitudes toward Science by Hands-on Science Activities. The researcher conducted the Quasi-Experimental unequivalent pre-posttest design research. One group was assigned as Hands-on Activities; another one was assigned as traditional teaching method. The instruments included ”Science Concepts Test” and “Questionnaire of Science Attitudes”. The activities included ”Solar Cart”, “Rollback Can”, “Water Rocket”, and “Coins brighting”. Six weeks were covered in the research. Through the statistical method of one-way ANOVA, the major two outcomes of the research: 1.There is a statistical significant difference between two groups on Science Concepts Test. The score of the experimental group is better than traditional group (F = 19.55, p = .00 < .05). 2.There is a statistical significant difference between two groups on Questionnaire of Science Attitudes. The score of experimental group is better than traditional group (F = 6.14, p = .02 < .05). All outcomes of the research can be used by elementary science teachers on their teaching.
