Summary:碩士 === 環球科技大學 === 公共事務管理研究所 === 103 === Purpose of this study is to understand the country in Yunlin County, the language areas of teachers in career work values influence factors and its content, as well as its educational philosophy, a comprehensive study to provide specific feasible recommendations to the State Teachers and education-related units as future research and Education Reference Policy. This study collected qualitative research in-depth interviews were to explore the field of teachers' work values in the three languages of the country, helped found the connotation of values related objects, related factors and the impact of their work values. Reference teacher career development theory, found with different career development of teachers, teacher education affects the views and values of the connotation of teachers for work will have a different explanation. According to the research purpose, the following conclusions: First, the country in the field of language teachers in the childhood and school experiences, work values influenced their parents and teachers the most. Second, in the language areas of the country as a teacher after teacher, work values may be affected by twelve state religion policy, social perception and workplace relationships. Third, the country in the field of language teachers have a multi-faceted, colorful work values. Fourth, countries in the field of language teachers work values good outweighed the bad. Five countries in the field of language teachers in character education and high school students pay attention to the country how to get the truth of the teachings. Six countries in the field of language teachers attach importance to training national high school students basic subject competence. According to the results, the education authorities should teach children through a pipeline concept of parental right education, and set up the field of language teachers and a bridge between parents and education authorities should be more organized inter-school to observe and study, education language teachers to enhance classroom management and counseling skills. In addition, language teachers should build capacity in the field and other personal teaching and counseling to cope with the changing situation twelve state religion, and the affirmation of self and knowledge of the staff for the recognition and honor
