In this saturated market, mutual competition between different brands of bubble tea store. How to make their brand stand out? The autonomy, environmental uncertainty, resources and capabilities will affect income of business. Consequently, the business policy becomes a major important issue of bubble tea store, that is studied on the purpose.
This research according past information, the manager of bubble tea store accept investigating with questionnaire. The questionnaire included decision-making autonomy, environmental uncertainty, the resources, and subsidiary resources and capabilities, whether there will be a subsidiary of Performance of the relationship forward. On this studies, 108 questionnaires were issued and there have 88 valid questionnaires. Through result, environmental uncertainty will have a positive impact on subsidiary performance relationship
