However, there exists the risk of the personal data leakage when people use the services of Google, Facebook, Amazon, and so on. The personal data such as ID, birhday, home Address, telephone number sent to some other place when you click the button on any website. The situation is so ciritcal that personal data protection is much more important entire world. Taiwan’s new Privacy Protection Act took effect in 2012. By then, the industry is all prepared to fight for their reputation, social standing, and the most important, the extremely huge mount of fines. The objective of this study is to build the personal data management model for security industry by analyzing the different between Taiwan’s new Privacy Protection Act and BS 10012 standard and finding the main control. The result should provide suggestions and improvement for the security industry to assist in reviewing their personal data management system.
