碩士 === 大同大學 === 機械工程學系(所) === 103 === This study develops an automated prototype machines for speaker coil and the exclusive positioning plastic fixtures. Users only need to put positioning fixtures and coil trays into it. The machine can automatically set coil into plastic fixtures positioning. The design of the system used Pro/E to design and plan the agency space configuration. Then, make improvements by Implementing and tests. Using PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) being the core to connect the drive motors by each mechanism, and control all the processes. In accordance with the measurement results and the demand by real production line. The system is divided into upper, middle and lowers three parts. The upper part is the plastic locating fixture feeding system. It is combination by a number of motors and cylinders. Users only need to pour plastic locate fixture into the top material tank. In this study, the development of material automated screening transport mechanism can be arranged in neat rows. Then, sent to the automatic assembly mechanism for assembly. The middle and lower part of the machine is positioned sleeve assembly systems and voice coil alignment system. Rotating assembly system combination from a number of different cylinders. The main function is to crawl above the fixtures to make it smooth and below the voice coil assembly complex. Automatic alignment system is the use of two electric slide and linear slide to form a group of X-Y moving platform. Placed upon a 10 * 10 removable coil tray. The system can complete 100 assembly operation in seven minutes to satisfy the requirements of the original development. When it filled with 100 assembly.
