This study considers that the differences of employability and job insurance will become the main reason for turnover intention. “Internal Employability” means that individual is capable of keeping current job. Internal employability determines how an employee competes in inner corporation and establish employees professional profile. Employees are also required to accept training to fit organization’s need. Therefore, this study was focus on internal employability and job security as the research variables. The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of internal employability and job security on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention.
The empirical data is analyised by using SPSS 20 and AMOS 21 software. The research results show: internal employability has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction but has no significant effect on organizational commitment; job security has no significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and also has negative effect on turnover intention. Moreover, organizational commitment has negative and significant effect on turnover intention.
