Summary: | 碩士 === 大同大學 === 事業經營學系(所) === 103 === Since the government has been actively promoting financial liberalization and internationalization in recent years, the competition among banks becomes fiercer and fiercer. Further, there has been substantially increased demand for manpower in banking due to the numerous financial products. It is an essential issue for managers to reduce the turnover rate and increase employees’ intention to stay. Therefore, this research study will investigate the relationship among bank employees’ work values, job satisfaction, organization commitment and turnover intention so as to propose some suggestions for human resource managers as reference.
The research method of this study was through questionnaire survey in which the participants were bank employees. Among the 250 questionnaires, there were 208 valid questionnaires that were statistically analyzed by SPSS20.0 and AMOS 20.0. The main findings are as follows. (1) Work values have no significant positive impact on organization commitment; (2) Work values have no significant negative impact on turnover intention; (3) Work values have a significant positive impact on job satisfaction; (4) Job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on organizational commitment; (5)Job satisfaction has no significant negative impact on turnover intention; (6)Organization commitment has a significant negative impact on turnover intention.
