Memory is the recalling of what had happened in the past. It is the flashback between past and present, which does not need a great time difference. I extract memory during the creative process as one of the ways to understand the world. In psychology, “autobiographical memory" refers to the memory of individuals. Searching for the memories creates in my ongoing life, discussing the relationship between memories and daily living experiences are my main concerns. The thesis contains six chapters. The first chapter describes the observation of the development of my creative processes in MFA TNUA. The second chapter describes the background of my creative process, reveals why I choose playground as a starting point to create my artworks, views from the concept of “place” to discuss memory, handles the relationship between experience and traces of memory, tells why memories are important to my creative process. The third chapter base on theories about images. I discuss the characteristics of mediums and forms of images which can be found in daily life, how I link them to materials that I use and my work. The fourth chapter discusses about the properties of materials, the exploration of the use of color and brush strokes, and how the medium can combine between painting and printmaking. The fifth chapter describes the state of work in the creative process. Discuss the relationship between the duplication of printmaking and the bodily experience which shapes in the individual work. In the sixth chapter, I conclude the feelings given by writing and body experiences in the creative process, and hope to breakthrough ways of thinking and working. 劉錫權 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 41 zh-TW
