There were 170 questionnaires distributed and recollected, among which 160 were valid after excluding omissions or repeated answers; the effective response rate was 94%. There were 99 students; accounted 61.9% working part time and 61 persons, accounted 38.1%, were not. In the concepts of subjective well-being 21 items includes in questionnaire were grouped into four dimensions thorough the factor analysis. They are safety, rewarding, self-esteem, and controlling. The Students who having part time job has higher scores than whom having not, in three dimensions they are safety, rewarding, and controlling, separately.
