Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南藝術大學 === 應用藝術研究所 === 103 === This essay records the author’s everyday doodling and illustrations, which are represented in metal art. The audience who are attracted by facial features and expressions of these metallic characters can then scan the specific QR codes(Quick Response Code) to find out the messages and creative concepts behind each art work. This creation consists of six chapters. The first chapter “Introduction” explains the motive and purpose of the creation, describing the use of the author’s illustrations and the concept of connection with the community. The second chapter “Theoretical Basis” describes the basic concept, form of expression and creative analysis of illustration, and analyzes the symbolism of the author’s illustration through iconology and semiology, and finally, it also explains the method of connection with the community using QR codes and its resulting effect. The third chapter “Creative Concept & Expression” describes the creative concept and the process of conceptualization. The fourth chapter “Creative Process and Method” describes the techniques used in the metal creation, including metal forming, seamless welding, reticulation and chemical dyeing. The fifth chapter “Description of Creative Work” introduces the creative concept of the creation, and the media and materials used. Finally, the sixth chapter “Conclusion” is the summation of the creative process, encompassing the evaluation and opinion of the creation and techniques learned, and the hope that the concept will continue to be applied in future works.
