Summary:碩士 === 德明財經科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 103 === As rapid economic growth, Services sector accounted for up to 70 percent of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Taiwan. It has already becoming the main focus on grow of the economy. As online shopping is growing up, it has successfully cut down the selling price. As this kind of promotion may reduce the revenue of the physical store, it is important for physical store to consider how to use innovative applications technology and interactive marketing to give better consuming experience to gain customer back to their store. . This research is based on Service Experience Engineering. First of all, according to result of filed observation on the shopping problems of consumers, we find a chance of innovation service. Second, we build a service blueprint to point out how to solve customer service problems by Innovation Service System. Finally, our proof of concept is building a prototype of IOS Marketplace Innovation Service, including Marketplace Navigation Subsystem, Product Information Subsystem and Action Service Subsystem, to make consumer have better service than before.
