The evolution of companies is from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of labor intensive to the Original Design Manufactures (ODM) of technology and knowledge intensive. However, how to develop appropriate strategies and actions to convert weaknesses into strengths and reverse the threat into opportunity under the competitive industry is crucial. To enhance the sustainable operation of the whole industry.   This research discusses strategy analysis in technology enterprise under industrial environment nowadays. With SWOT analysis and T.E.M.P.L.E.S. (technology, economy, market, politics, law, environment, society) competitive advantage of the industry for the outside environment and the inner enterprise can be reached. Through interactive matrix comment on relation after using the proper strategy and the use of European distance, the importance of can be measured.Then, the sequence of strategy priority can be implemented.
