With case-study method, the study provides Academic Affairs the findings and recommendations from the analysis and aim at enhancing the operational efficiency of the contractor staff, elevating the satisfaction of studentand teachers and reducing labor of Academic Affairs. It is found that the average schedule changing rate of two semesters was 1.5%.Most of the schedule changing was made to give students a more suitable learning environment (75.6% of changing reason were due to course demand, 22.6% of changing reasons were due to teachers'' personal demand), top three changing reasons were "classroom changing(whole semester)" (32.4%), "temporary classroom changing" (21.6%) and "personal leave" (15.4%). 黃明達 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 55 zh-TW
