The Psycholigical Displacement Paradigm in Diary-Writing (Jin, 2005) related research that with increased mental ability to adapt and improve the negative emotional distress and other benefits, so this study by The Psycholigical Displacement Paradigm in Diary-Writing for groups of six with a melancholy emotional distress before the entire group, after John Tung Foundation Surveying Taiwanese depression Inventory, and in-depth interviews after the entire group to understand the psychological shift to melancholy mood of writing groups bring physical and psychological impact. The results are as follows: 1. Compare to psychological displacement writing groups measured before and after ,"John Tung Foundation Taiwanese Depression Inventory" shows the extent of the study participants had lower depression. 2. Emotional distress through organizations who contribute to depression: depressed mood of self-awareness, face melancholy mood, melancholy mood and self-coexistence. 3.The present study the efficacy of effective community factors include: the formation of mutual support force feedback, reducing the sense of isolation melancholy and group leader of the demonstration to promote positive self-growth. 4. The Psycholigical Displacement Paradigm in Diary-Writing helps break the single dilemma facing the melancholy mood. Person of the influence of the writing melancholy troubled bring are: Person I presented inertia melancholy thinking; you godhead presents difficulties inherent opposition, to bring self-soothing; he bit the other hand, self-plagued Georgia pulled melancholy; go back to my place georgia and melancholy mood and self-coexistence. In this study, John Tung Foundation Taiwanese scale results are obtained with the in-depth interviews with The Psycholigical Displacement Paradigm in Diary-Writing for media organizations to help improve depressed mood for physical and mental distress caused by the study participants concluded that provides psychology practice and future reference study.
