Summary: | 碩士 === 淡江大學 === 教育心理與諮商研究所碩士班 === 103 === The research employed the “Flora Key of Happiness” as a media on the internet platform to design a counseling structure with one semi-structured interview and nine sessions of online counseling. The study was aimed at leading a single women in her forties into 10 weeks overall emotional healing process. The counseling helped the participant stay with her inner feelings based on Dr. Bach’s 7 emotional groups. The counseling goal is to help the participant for inner self looking for ways to adapting life. The research was designed as a case-study method .The researcher collected data by recording Mandala drawings and the content of online counseling in 9 weeks. The whole process was divided into 3 phases and the researcher was weekly supervised to discuss participant’s state in order to reduce possesses interference and maintain the value of the study.
Major research findings showed as follows. The participant was able to aware of her inner feelings through emotional contacts and sharing with the researcher. The regular Mandala counseling was able to establish the participant’s self-caring ability and habit. The participant followed the group of emotional topics to see the core belief and re-identify herself with various viewpoints that enabled to adapt her life better. Online counseling owns necessity in the modern life of our society. As the research has showed for the limitations. Hopefully the results were useful to help the counselors and institution as a supportive. Future research may fill out the missing parts and mor hearts and soul may feel caring and blessing.
