The purposes of the study are to examine the influence of work-family conflicts on emmployess’ happiness and affective commitment as well as the mediating role of happiness between work-family conflicts and affective commitment. We collected 328 copies of effective questionnaires via online survey, and then conducted subsequent analyses. The results of hierarchical regrennsion analysis showed that work-family conflicts had negative effects on happiness and affective commitment. Employees’ happiness was also found positvelyed associated with affective commiement. In addition, the relationship between work-family conflicts and affective commitment was mediated by employees’ happliness. Both theoretical and practical implications are discussed.
